Once a domain name has been renewed it can be cancelled but only at the next expiry date. Â
If a cancellation is not received prior to renewal we will renew the domain.  Once we do so we are charged ourselves and so it isn't possible to refund domain name renewals as we cannot obtain a refund ourselves. Â
